Wanda Mintz leads “The Backyard Gang” in Children’s Church. The Backyard Gang is for children ages 4 - 11 and meets at 11:00 am every Sunday. "Miss" Wanda says, "Children are taught God’s Word through videos, flannel stories, object lessons, games, chalk drawings, and puppets. Lots of songs and memory verses are part of the program every week. Our goal is to teach children God loves them and provided His Son to die for their sins."

Also helping "Miss" Wanda is Mary Laughter. Other people help at various times and all the work is appreciated. We love children at Calvary Baptist Church.
